finally-here is the behind the scenes video of the sophia bush cover shoot for zooey magazine currently on stands now! lyndzi trang and i had the honor to style the beautiful sophia bush and as you can see in the video, we had a blast! not only is sophia sweet and down to earth, but she is extremely passionate about making a difference in the world. she is so involved in world issues and spreading awareness-truly an inspiring role model!

a few months ago i assisted lyndzi trang on a floral themed editorial shoot featured in zooey magazine this month. this was probably one of my favorite shoots since we got to play around with huge poufy gowns, yards of chiffon and super cute floral accessories. we layered, piled and even attached fishing line to achieve these AMAZING final images. it was such an amazing creative team and i am so grateful to have been a part of it!

saving the earth, one step at a time...

so excited to show you guys the final images from this month's sustainable zooey issue featuring ashley tisdale. lyndzi and i worked on this shoot back in january and it feels like its been ages. i still cant believe that everything we used was eco friendly. the clothes, the shoes and yes, even the jewelry! i am so happy to see more companies that are environmentally conscious. pick up the latest copy of zooey at your local barnes & nobles and check out all the other featured sustainable items.

keeps getting better

a few months ago, i assisted lyndzi trang with the cover shoot featuring ashley tisdale for zooey magazine's sustainable 'green' issue. here is a teaser of the may cover showcasing ashley in an eco-friendly bandage dress and jewelry. the magazine with be featuring all sustainable products, including makeup, beauty products and more amazing wardrobe and accessories. researching and pulling all the sustainable items was especially challenging for us, but we are so ecstatic that there are more and more environmentally conscious brands emerging into the fashion industry. and, did you know that zooey magazine is printed on recycled paper? every bit counts. i hope you guys like what you see!

i cant give away too much, but here is a sneak peek at one of the photos from the zooey magazine cover shoot featuring the beautiful, talented, charismatic sophia bush. we had so much fun playing dress up with the most stunning pieces that lyndzi trang pulled. sophia was so nice, down to earth and a natural in front of the camera. the cover and editorial will hit stands this summer so stay tuned!

the 60's make a comeback

i am so proud of my very first printed editorial featured in the current issue of zooey magazine. it was inspired by the woodstock movement and carefree spirits of the 60's. we shot at the extremely charming and quaint charlie hotel in west hollywood a few months ago and i am so excited to finally show you the printed spread. special thanks to photographer brandon showers and his team for an amazing shoot and of course to lyndzi trang for being such an amazing friend and mentor.

last month i assisted lyndzi on the cover shoot for the march issue of zooey magazine. it was shot by the amazing sean armenta and we got to style aly michalka of cw's hellcats and 78's violet. she was amazing to work with and so gorgeous! i cant wait to show you some of the amazing stuff we pulled, let me just say...floor length, black tulle cape...it is absolutely breathtaking! i will leave you with a sneak peak of the cover, you can see my hippie shoot featured on the bottom left. soo ecstatic for this issue to hit stands!

yesterday was an amazing day, it was an epic day. i got to style my very own 10-12 page editorial for zooey magazine! it was a 60's, hippie, woodstock inspired shoot, and we shot on location at the Charlie Hotel, which i LOVED. i got to work with the most talented, wonderful team and am extremely happy with how the looks turned out. i wish i would've had more time to take some cool behind the scenes photos, but i was literally running around like a headless chicken. all the stress and hard work was well worth it, i cant wait to see the editorial in print! i am so grateful for the opportunities thus far and the continued support and encouragement from all my loved ones. xoxo
