southern california weather has been throwing me for a loop lately and i cant seem to shake off this annoying cold. it was a slightly warm sunday so i took full advantage. my outfit was inspired by my love for business attire...i decided to pair it up with some accessories for a chic twist. pretty random for a walk in the park, but ive been so excited to wear my vintage silk blouse with amazing button and sleeve detailing.

these j brand jeans are so comfortable i swear they could give pajama jeans a run for their money. the clouds were overcasted and threatening rain today so i didn't want to take my chances. not that i need to justify it. but something about the gloomy weather just makes you feel a bit better wearing black.

often replicated, but never duplicated. no one does a quilted woven chain strap handbag quite like chanel. the amazing leather, the immaculate stitching, the subtle hardware, the classic structure, the timeless style, the iconic cc clasps, i could go on and on. clearly, i am obsessed with chanel handbags and could one day end up living on the street because of it. i have gotten so much wear out of my classic jumbo, i feel that breaking the bank is definitely worth it, but my skewed perceptions and justifications may not always be the same for everyone else. with today's economy and chanel's recent price increases, going for the bargain may be the smart, logical thing to do...right?
