Every so often I'll opt for ladylike attire and this outfit is just that. Nothing screams proper like a perfectly structured midi skirt. I found this gem of a skirt at a local boutique for a steal. It has all the makings of a classic statement piece. I wanted to stay true to my personal style and added a leather crop top, before beweling myself with a statement necklace.

I am loving the juxtaposition of grunge mixed with glam. I found these amazingly perfect shredded Levi’s on the sales rack at Urban Outfitter’s a few months ago and thanked my lucky stars that they were my size and only $15! They aren’t your average pair of jeans and this isn’t your average casual look. Mixing different trends lets you create unexpected looks. I also notoriously pair high and low items together and thought my metal cap toe Louboutin stilettos were a fun addition to the look.

Side Note - do not wear your stiletto heels to trek down the riverbed. I had to hitch a ride on the BF's back to avoid a sprained ankle!

i seriously cant get enough of bright colored bottoms lately. coming from someone that practically lives in black, im so proud of myself for venturing outside the box. theres also just something about pairing red and leopard together that makes everything so right.

you probably remember my post last month about these amazing to die for christian louboutin lady clou pumps. well i succumbed to my weakness and couldnt resist these amazing beauties. the feminine slingback cut and bow works perfectly to juxtapose the edgy spikes. i am in love! i cant stop staring at them and admiring how fierce they are. words of a real shoe addict, but in my defense theyre gorgeous and truly a classic, investment piece.

i was never one to read the paper from front to back, i was more the cover and comics/horoscope section kind of girl. seeing the random newspaper plastered all over the storefront seemed unusually cozy and inviting. the universal happy face drew me in got me thinking about enjoying the little things in life.

last fall i was kicking myself for missing out on the beautiful christian louboutin maggie chain toe platform pumps in camel and black. they quickly sold out and i was left frantically looking for them everywhere.

the shoe gods mustv felt my pain because lone behold, theyre back in the resort collection in an all black version. they retail for $895 and can be pre-ordered to ship from neiman marcus no later than dec 24th.

i LOVE them, but still yearn for the camel and black variation. theyre set to sell out fast, but i am still undecided weather i will add these to my collection.

these days everyone is so consumed with technology that phone booths like these nearly exist. i love the vintage european feel of it and the bright, vibrant red. the only thing missing from this amazing phone booth is the phone itself.

last night's wedding was the fifth wedding we went to this year. it seems as though there's no escaping it at this age...hello weddings and baby showers, goodbye partying and vegas all nighters i am officially OLD. the wedding was beautiful none the less and it was actually chilly enough to wear this floral dress that just reminds me of fall everytime i look at it.

i dont know what it is, but i cannot revert from black. if it were up to me i would wear black every single day. i decided to add a lil punch to my somber, black attire with these amazing turquoise greissimo mule louboutins. it adds a little feminine touch to the toughness of the outfit. i am loving this hooded look and cant wait to find a hooded cape for the winter.

i can't wait to get my feet into one of these military style, lace up boots. my love of boots has cultivated into a full blown obsession over the last few years. not only are military boots a must have on the list for Fall trends, there's just something about strapping on a big, chunky boot that just makes a girl feel empowered inside.
